                                              Persuasive essay: Julius Caesar

          Do you think ghosts exist? Well I do because I am proof of it, I am the ghost of Caesar. I am here to give you tips on picking your friends and help you out with future friends. I think you, Antony, make the best friend of all because you always have my back, are honest, and were on my team even after I died.

          I really wish I would’ve realized what a good friend you are when I was alive. I never worried once about my safety when I was with you. You are so smart and I know can fully respect you. Sure you didn’t warn me about the group of friends plotting against me but I know that was not your fault at all.

          I am going to haunt others and spread the word of your great friendship skills. Others could learn a few tips on being a good friend like Brutus. You had my back as always, while others planned on stabbing my back. Brutus is probably the worst “friend” in the whole world. I even told him “y tu brute” before I died just to curse him. I said that to wish him dead! I should’ve realized his friendship was a fake. He had red flags all over him, I used to have weird feeling and I now know that it was my instincts kicking in.

          Death is the true test of friendship. When I died you protected the people’s respect of me when I couldn’t. Brutus and his gang did the opposite, trying to tear me down in the hearts of all. Everything I did was for those people and they tried to make it seem like everything I did was for myself. It was sad that my will was the only thing that kept the people on my side. Just cause I gave them land and money? That is so selfish of them.

          You need to be an example to others on how to be a great friend. Please tell Brutus how I feel about him and what regrets I have. I have no doubt that you won’t tell him for me. You were my only real friend, I appreciate the tears that were cried for me and wish you the best of luck for the rest of your life.
