It's human to want to share an exciting experience. Doyle Burns was just wanting to share her experience with other friends and family. She was not doing this to be rude or disrespectful to whomever's placenta this was. She had nobody but herself and the others involved with this picture tagged. It is obvious she is overjoyed in her work. She is a hard working student with a great future ahead of her, but maybe not if she isn't allowed back into school. She was expecting to graduate this semester and move to Virginia with her soon to be husband and work there as a registered nurse. She has got it all planned out and the only thing stopping her is a simple picture on facebook. this girl meant no harm and the second she found out the school didn't like it, she took it off facebook. Her instructor was asked about this picture before even taken and she said nothing about getting in trouble. Posing with a human head, sure, that would be bad. But a placenta? That's not even a real body part. Some people eat those.
